In less than 30 minutes he contacted me and told me it was all done, I was impressed with his manner and professionalism. He left me a summary statement on what he had done. He makes US tech Support look good.

Recurring charges after subscription cancelled. Good product however I have been trying for months to terminate service and stop the $19.95 monthly fees, after cancellation. This is my 4th try, even after receiving an email saying the subscription was cancelled and indicated a refund would be forthcoming. That was promised in June 2023, and my card just got hit for $19.95 in July. I removed the debit card on my account, and they are still charging me. This is in use at an American Legion in Granbury, Tx, so cleanly Pc is ripping off a veteran organization. Please help.

I called and a rude customer service rep not from the United States tried to tell me I only cancelled the monthly subscription but not the yearly subscription. He then insulted me by telling me "It's only $20, it's cheap". You do not tell people what is affordable to them or not. What a scam.
