GBDo not be suckered into this scam Do not be suckered into this scam. There is very little customization. I called to cancel the subscription. A year later I got charged again. I called and a rude customer service rep not from the United States tried to tell me I only cancelled the monthly subscription but not the yearly subscription. He then insulted me by telling me "It's only $20, it's cheap". You do not tell people what is affordable to them or not. What a scam.

GBTechnicians are fantastic, the wait to get them is unacceptable The interaction with the technician, Fernando Ignacio was as expected - truly great. However, I have had an excessively long wait time, several hours to get the technician(s). The wait time is unacceptable. Then the first line individuals continually try the "hard sell" to the point of being obnoxious in trying to sell the "latest product." They simply fail to understand the word "NO" This is very fustrating and if it was not for the high quality of the 2nd level techs I would not stay with this product. Reviewing the technical assistance; not the MyCleanPC product.

GBAvoid! Avoid! I purchased one product, was offered a second free of charge. Got charged for both. Requested refund, they just tried persistently to sell me more product. Reported as a scam and suspected fraud.

There is no long wait time and the Technicians are very friendly and treat you like family because they know that your time is valuable and you want quick resolution to the problem at hand and move on. I like their honesty and integrity. Mr. Michael Santos helped me today and he was great.
