I can't understand some of the negative comments/reviews that I just read about "My Clean PC/US Tech Support/My Clean ID...Although I can't remember how long I've been a customer, it was at the beginning stages of viruses on computers when I saw a commercial and thought "why not"? It has been the absolute best "why not try it"? program...Now all of a sudden scammers/hackers/viruses have become rampant...I simply call "tech support" and problem is solved...At first I was concerned when the "free scan" had a "hidden" fee and I was asked for my credit card #..However, over the many years that I've been a customer I have had pleasant conversations/assistance from their technicians which is so important nowadays...I would highly recommend My Clean ID to everyone!!

I called and a rude customer service rep not from the United States tried to tell me I only cancelled the monthly subscription but not the yearly subscription. He then insulted me by telling me "It's only $20, it's cheap". You do not tell people what is affordable to them or not. What a scam.

Hard to know who to trust these days Hard to know who to trust these days. Ive become very comfortable with USTech. I don't normally make recommendations but with 5 or 6 instances of using their service I am satisficed I'm getting my money's worth.
