In less than 30 minutes he contacted me and told me it was all done, I was impressed with his manner and professionalism. He left me a summary statement on what he had done. He makes US tech Support look good.

There is no long wait time and the Technicians are very friendly and treat you like family because they know that your time is valuable and you want quick resolution to the problem at hand and move on. Criminal Scam - Avoid! This is a scam by a criminal organization. I originally subscribed for a laptop that was running slowly. MyCleanPC did not improve performance. I bought a new laptop and called to cancel. I was assured my subscription would be cancelled. I was charged a renewal. I again called to cancel. I just received another email saying that the service was about to be renewed for $250. I am furious. I called to cancel and was told they could not cancel because the SystemMechanic software was still running. I no longer own the laptop that was originally used. I told the tech support that if they can see the software running (which they cannot) then they can disable it. The laptop was put in the garbage and the hard drive destroyed. Avoid MyCleanPC at all costs - or it will cost you more than they advertise.

Good technical support I just learned support.com was acquired by another company. I was concerned but when I spoke to technical support person and she assisted me I feel more confident I can get the support I need on future problems.
