In less than 30 minutes he contacted me and told me it was all done, I was impressed with his manner and professionalism. He left me a summary statement on what he had done. I'm a long time, happy customer! But this USTech Rep, produced the best results, EVER! I'm a long time, very satisfied USTech customer. They have always done a very good job. However, this tech did the best job, EVER, of addressing the performance problem I've had for some time. This PC has an SSD "hard drive", but over time, it has gotten progressively slower. A number of other USTeck reps have attempted to "fix" the problem. However this USTech rep's effort resulted is a TERRIFIC IMPROVEMENT. MY MANY THANKS TO HIM!!!!!!!
