GBRecurring charges after subscription cancelled. Good product however I have been trying for months to terminate service and stop the $19.95 monthly fees, after cancellation. This is my 4th try, even after receiving an email saying the subscription was cancelled and indicated a refund would be forthcoming. That was promised in June 2023, and my card just got hit for $19.95 in July. I removed the debit card on my account, and they are still charging me. This is in use at an American Legion in Granbury, Tx, so cleanly Pc is ripping off a veteran organization. Please help.

GBGood technical support I just learned support.com was acquired by another company. I was concerned but when I spoke to technical support person and she assisted me I feel more confident I can get the support I need on future problems.

GBHard to know who to trust these days Hard to know who to trust these days. Ive become very comfortable with USTech. I don't normally make recommendations but with 5 or 6 instances of using their service I am satisficed I'm getting my money's worth.

GBI contacted the firm] on July 17 I contacted the firm] on July 17, 2023, to download and try their software. BEFORE downloading, the representative (Rep) asked for my payment method I referred him to PayPal. Instead of getting the free software, the Rep submitted 2 payments of $22.01 ea.to PayPal He downloaded the software and said that for a year subscription, it will cost me $199.00! Under these circumstances, I promptly canceled the"free" download. However, I never received a refund of $44.02. It appears to me, that the Firm's advertising is false.
