Software Shuttle - WARNING - Do not make a purchase here!! "Scam" Site I recently made a purchase from Softwareshuttle for a copy of Windows 10 Home 64bit. After paying for it they sent me instructions saying there would be two emails comming, one with a link to download windows 10 home 64 and the other would contain the liscense key. Well, I got the download (it was a link to microsoft's download center) but never received the serial key. I sent multiple e-mails trying to get my serial key and never received ANY responses from them. I contacted my credit card company and let them know what was going on and reported Softwareshuttle as a Scam site and I asked My CC company to reverse the charges.

Foreign Transaction Fee I did not know that there was going to be a charge as foreign transaction fee. Nowhere on your website it says that there would be such a fee. Not a big deal but I think being transparent is important. Gerard

Customer service was next to none... Called me to make sure my order worked out for me (special application) and then wound up giving me about an hour of tech support at no cost... thank you again! I was a first time buyer, somewhat apprehensive but figured I'd buy from them. I was putting it on a experimental application and wasn't sure it'd work... I got a phone call to make sure I was happy with my purchase and he wound up walking me entirely through the installation process that was giving me so much trouble (on my end)... Followed the directions given, registered the product and no issues or problems whatsoever. Couldn't be happier or more appreciative! - Jason

Spent money only to not have access to Office I bought Microsoft Office for Home and Student and it stopped working all of sudden it said that the key number has been used already by someone else. what a waste of money

Windows 10 Upgrade Problem Windows 10 was not as expected and when I reverted back to Windows 7 my MS Office was gone and I had exceeded my allowable downloads. I needed it solved immediately (and was super frustrated). Software Shuttle had the best price for Office online and although I had never purchased from them before, I gave it a try. Problem solved quickly and with no frustration. Happy to be back to normal. I would highly recommend Software Shuttle!
