GBIssue with email; download link not recvd for 2 days, all good in end Ordered ms office but confo email with link never recvd. Emailed customer svc but no response. Emailed again on second day because no phone Nbr on the site. They called me and discovered their own email service was down. I worked with the rep by phone to finally get the download link. The download process was easy. All worked fine. Price was great compared to other sites.

GBMisleading Advertising -- Wrong Product Softwareshuttle advertised its Microsoft Office products as "downloadable". The item I purchased was not downloadable, but installed from the vendor's servers (the installation source is an assumption on my part). I do not have my own copy of the product, which is what I was led to believe I have purchased. It seems that two cliches apply here: (i) one gets what one pays for; (ii) if it seems too good to be true, then it is too good to be true. The price was very competitive and the description very compelling. But it was also extremely misleading. Softwareshuttle is no longer on my vendor list.

GBSpent money only to not have access to Office I bought Microsoft Office for Home and Student and it stopped working all of sudden it said that the key number has been used already by someone else. what a waste of money
