GBhelpful and responsible. but I didn't like or particularly trust the web site I was directed to for the Mac download. It would have been better if they just let you download the MS media creation tool.

GBIssue with email; download link not recvd for 2 days, all good in end Ordered ms office but confo email with link never recvd. Emailed customer svc but no response. Emailed again on second day because no phone Nbr on the site. They called me and discovered their own email service was down. I worked with the rep by phone to finally get the download link. The download process was easy. All worked fine. Price was great compared to other sites.

GBBad experience I will not trust this company again. It's been one week now and I did not receive my online download of Microsoft office 2016. I sent them multiple emails and I didn't get any reply . Now I contact my bank to disput my transection.

GBGood customer support I bought a Windows 10 home edition code and at first it didn't work, then after contacting customer support they gave me a new one free of charge, and it worked. They also responded within the same day.
