helpful and responsible. but I didn't like or particularly trust the web site I was directed to for the Mac download. It would have been better if they just let you download the MS media creation tool.

Issue with email; download link not recvd for 2 days, all good in end Ordered ms office but confo email with link never recvd. Emailed customer svc but no response. Emailed again on second day because no phone Nbr on the site. They called me and discovered their own email service was down. I worked with the rep by phone to finally get the download link. The download process was easy. All worked fine. Price was great compared to other sites.

This is a hard item to find because Microsoft is really pushing hard for their subscription-model Office 365, and you have to look closely to find a traditional standalone version which is compatible with the sometimes quirky Windows 10. Download was quick and easy. Installation was flawless. I highly recommend doing business with Softwareshuttle!

Windows 10 Upgrade Problem Windows 10 was not as expected and when I reverted back to Windows 7 my MS Office was gone and I had exceeded my allowable downloads. I needed it solved immediately (and was super frustrated). Software Shuttle had the best price for Office online and although I had never purchased from them before, I gave it a try. Problem solved quickly and with no frustration. Happy to be back to normal. I would highly recommend Software Shuttle!

Customer service was next to none... Called me to make sure my order worked out for me (special application) and then wound up giving me about an hour of tech support at no cost... thank you again! I was a first time buyer, somewhat apprehensive but figured I'd buy from them. I was putting it on a experimental application and wasn't sure it'd work... I got a phone call to make sure I was happy with my purchase and he wound up walking me entirely through the installation process that was giving me so much trouble (on my end)...
