GBWindows 7 purchase purchased the digital download of Windows 7 pro, immediately got an email confirming purchase, within minutes had the download link and activation keys, within a few hours of purchase had Windows 7 installed, activated and upgraded to Windows 10 with out a hitch. The price was the best I found by far, wouldn't hesitate to look to them again for my software needs. A+ all the way.

GBIssue with email; download link not recvd for 2 days, all good in end Ordered ms office but confo email with link never recvd. Emailed customer svc but no response. Emailed again on second day because no phone Nbr on the site. They called me and discovered their own email service was down. I worked with the rep by phone to finally get the download link. The download process was easy. All worked fine. Price was great compared to other sites.

GBWindows 10 Upgrade Problem Windows 10 was not as expected and when I reverted back to Windows 7 my MS Office was gone and I had exceeded my allowable downloads. I needed it solved immediately (and was super frustrated). Software Shuttle had the best price for Office online and although I had never purchased from them before, I gave it a try. Problem solved quickly and with no frustration. Happy to be back to normal. I would highly recommend Software Shuttle!

GBForeign Transaction Fee I did not know that there was going to be a charge as foreign transaction fee. Nowhere on your website it says that there would be such a fee. Not a big deal but I think being transparent is important. Gerard
