GBCustomer service good, product is antiquated The customer service is always courteous and responsive, but unfortunately the software is not very functional and since the updates, even less so. We are looking for another system to track our volunteers.

GBCustomer Service Needs Improvement Dealing with customer service seemed to degrade over time with our experience with Keepintrack. We had some software issues that we were told they couldn't help with due to our hardware system. This same hardware has been running the program for months earlier. It was basically a lack of trying to help us with our issue.

GBFlexible company My school uses Keepntrack to check students in and out of clubs, study hall, etc. It's very difficult to keep track of 700 students who's schedules change weekly, sometimes daily. As the only nurse here, I need to keep teachers advised of student's health needs. Keepntrack was willing to take a suggestion and add it to our screen. This will make my job 10 times simpler.
