GBSlow and unresponsive at times We like the functionality of Keepntrack and what it does for our school. Although, many times we have had a slow or unresponsive system, times when we have had to tell the users, "nevermind, it isn't working right". This system should be 100% all the time.

GBFlexible company My school uses Keepntrack to check students in and out of clubs, study hall, etc. It's very difficult to keep track of 700 students who's schedules change weekly, sometimes daily. As the only nurse here, I need to keep teachers advised of student's health needs. Keepntrack was willing to take a suggestion and add it to our screen. This will make my job 10 times simpler. Thank you!!

GBConstantly fails, looking for a new system We've used Keepntrack for 4 years. Within the last 2 years, the peripheral equipment constantly stops working so we have to unplug and replug to make work. When that doesn't work, we have to delete cookies. When that doesn't work, we have reinstall the drivers. The system only works with Internet Explorer, which is a dying browser. Our receptionist shelved the system 2 months ago and uses a manual process now. We're on the market for a new system.

GBNot perfect, but close. I oversaw the daily use of this program to monitor visitors to a 2,000 student high school. Over the course of three years of use we never had an issue that kept us from performing the important function of checking entering visitors. We had a few times each month that a red flag would be raised but we never had a problem because we were notified and able to individually monitor the location of each of these visitors.
