Unable to port Canadian numbers to Fonus We purchased two sim cards and when we tried to port our Canadian cell phone numbers were told that Fonus does not support either number. My partner was offered two other BC numbers, he picked one and then the other, neither of them were available. Eventually he was offered an Alberta number. We bought the sim cards precisely because the advertising said we could port our Canadian numbers. Not true apparently and the chat support was close to useless.

Fonus is the BEST They sent me a new SIM card a few months ago and service is FANTASTIC. Unlimited data is perfect and calls are clear and never drop. Customer service is instant at any time of day or night. Setup was not too complicated at all. I am very satisfied and this has to be the best deal anywhere.
