GBGreat products. Exceptional customer service I was well aware of supply chain issues especially with certain electronics components due to Covid 19. OnLogic wrote me shortly my having placed the order to communicate the ETA as best they could and then again when the parts arrived to confirm the estimated production date which was exactly in line with their estimate. Transparency is a dying trait but not with these folks. Received the build a couple of days after it went into production. Had to open a ticket with tech support. I was unfamiliar with this particular Make of MoBo/BIOS. Tech support got back to me within a couple of business hours. Easy fix and clear directions with screen captures to point me in the right direction.

GBExcellent service Excellent service, very knowable staff, Great Product, what else can you ask for. Oh I know a fair price, well I cant complain when I see all that I get, hope OnLogic is around for a long time. Unfortunately Im old and all to often have seen the innovative sloid companies absorbed by their competitors to remove the threat. LOL Dan Maynard Boot Rite Computer Solutions

GBShould be 10 stars instead of 5 Should be 10 stars instead of 5. Dealt with these people almost since LogicSupply started. Never a problem, always helpful. In three cases they bent over backwards to meet our requirements. Been fascinating to watch them grow and evolve. Will definitely continue dealing with OnLogic.

GBActivating windows was not all that clear Activating windows was not all that clear. Who knew the MS OS product code sticker was on the bottom of the unit? A simple fix - Rubber stamp the OS DVD holder with that info: "Your Win10 Pro OS is already installed. To activate, find the Microsoft code sticker on the bottom of your Onlogic computer."

GBWe purchased 5 fanless computers and in… We purchased 5 fanless computers and in a little more than 1 year 4 of them failed. We think that the problem is with the power control and guess that the main board is OK but Onlogic will not fix them. Looks like the only solution is to toss them out.
