In three cases they bent over backwards to meet our requirements. Been fascinating to watch them grow and evolve. Will definitely continue dealing with OnLogic.

FISome issues with payment term, delivery time & responsiveness Payment term is still "in advance", even though we have been doing business at least 5 years. Delivery time is somewhat unclear and varies a lot. Sometimes it is very hard to get answers from the sales team representative.

Jarrett went to work and quickly reconfigured our box and more importantly he minimized the impact to our schedule. I can’t say enough good things about Jarrett ... BTW: We were amazed at how fast the configuration option we selected was removed from your web site ... preventing other potential customers from the issue
