AT LAST! Bought a license for Mail Viewer via PayPal because the credit card site wasn't working. Tried to activate the software with the emailed key. There is no indication that the key unlocked the Demo package. This is bad programming. Eventually someone emailed with a link to a new version and a key. Program working now and good; but, why wasn't the link available on the website? We wasted a few hours trying to figure what was wrong. Thanks, guys, anyhow.

I had to buy a new computer and had not stored the Registry Key so I could not download, I contacted them and by end of day they replied with very clear instructions on downloading the product. I use the Audio Converter in my work so it was quite a relief to be made secure in that by their assistance. Thankyou Coolutils.
