USCan't figure out how to work the… Can't figure out how to work the software. It is not user friendly and no one answers the 800 help line. Don't buy this software. BTW is not https....yes the download is unsecure.

GBPDFCombine is just what I need for… PDFCombine is just what I need for combining over 600 pages of songs and AT THE SAME TIME, writing a clickable index to all the songs. A couple of queries were sorted out within the hour. Why can't all sofware companies behave like this? Adobe?

USHighly recommended! Highly recommended! I tested the Thunderbird Converter and was impressed and found a number of other utilities that I can use so bought the Gold Bundle. The products I've used so far do a great job very quickly. I ran into one hiccup with the Thunderbird Converter and support was very responsive and fixed the issue quickly.

USThe website advertises a 50% discount… The website advertises a 50% discount for a lifetime license. Tech support did email me that it was first fixed, which it was not, then later said the discount was removed. Above, and beyond that, I called tech for a technical question. No one ever answers the phone, or returned either of my two calls over a weeks time. I did come here to review all the 1 Star reviews, and overwhelmingly, all reviewers have the same issue with the tech support communication. All the 1 Star reviews were also answered as I predict this one will be too. Maybe if your company would just promptly answer, you wouldn't have any bad reviews!
