Conversion Left out 20 pages of my Document I tried the online software to convert an XPS to Excel. It only created 10 pages. I had an emergency and needed to convert a file in order to upload for a big and important order from a vendor. Not knowing that the conversion left off 20 or more pages, when my order arrived I was missing thousands of dollars worth of product. Whatever caused the problem, this online service failed. It cost me thousands and my customers were left without essential supplies.

Can't figure out how to work the… Can't figure out how to work the software. It is not user friendly and no one answers the 800 help line. Don't buy this software. BTW is not https....yes the download is unsecure.

Fantastic result using Coolutils Fantastic result using Coolutils, brought me back from almost despair on useless Microsoft proprietary archaic file system that I did not know of its limitation until a problem came up where I was unable to easily move email data during upgrade between applications due to .PST files. Top marks for Coolutils.

Total Image Converter program I had lost the program in when I bought a new computer. I contacted Cool Utils, who sent me a code to reinstall the program at no cost, on the basis that I had acquired the license, even though it was over 5 years ago. Their support team were really helpful in guiding me through the réinstallation process.
