Conversion Left out 20 pages of my Document I tried the online software to convert an XPS to Excel. It only created 10 pages. I had an emergency and needed to convert a file in order to upload for a big and important order from a vendor. Not knowing that the conversion left off 20 or more pages, when my order arrived I was missing thousands of dollars worth of product. Whatever caused the problem, this online service failed. It cost me thousands and my customers were left without essential supplies.

Can't figure out how to work the… Can't figure out how to work the software. It is not user friendly and no one answers the 800 help line. Don't buy this software. BTW is not https....yes the download is unsecure.

I emailed from their webpage last week… Funny you respond quickly when you get a bad review, I would suggest you direct your time more toward customer support rather than social media. PLEASE RESPOND TO MY EMAIL INSTEAD OF SOCIAL MEDIA!! its really strange how fast your reply to this and I get NO response from support.

Great Customer Service I reloaded a CoolUtils program onto a new computer 2 years after I bought it. But the registration wouldn't accept the registration key that I was given at purchase. I sent a request to CoolUtils, and got a response within about 8 hours. After answering some questions and providing proof of purchase, they sent me a new key, and everything works. Nice customer service, timely response and no hassles. I do like this company!
