GBConversion Left out 20 pages of my Document I tried the online software to convert an XPS to Excel. It only created 10 pages. I had an emergency and needed to convert a file in order to upload for a big and important order from a vendor. Not knowing that the conversion left off 20 or more pages, when my order arrived I was missing thousands of dollars worth of product. Whatever caused the problem, this online service failed. It cost me thousands and my customers were left without essential supplies.

GBThe website advertises a 50% discount… The website advertises a 50% discount for a lifetime license. Tech support did email me that it was first fixed, which it was not, then later said the discount was removed. Above, and beyond that, I called tech for a technical question. No one ever answers the phone, or returned either of my two calls over a weeks time. I did come here to review all the 1 Star reviews, and overwhelmingly, all reviewers have the same issue with the tech support communication. All the 1 Star reviews were also answered as I predict this one will be too. Maybe if your company would just promptly answer, you wouldn't have any bad reviews!

AUCoolutils helped me enormously Coolutils helped me enormously. I had to buy a new computer and had not stored the Registry Key so I could not download, I contacted them and by end of day they replied with very clear instructions on downloading the product. I use the Audio Converter in my work so it was quite a relief to be made secure in that by their assistance. Thankyou Coolutils.

GBGreat Customer Service I reloaded a CoolUtils program onto a new computer 2 years after I bought it. But the registration wouldn't accept the registration key that I was given at purchase. I sent a request to CoolUtils, and got a response within about 8 hours. After answering some questions and providing proof of purchase, they sent me a new key, and everything works. Nice customer service, timely response and no hassles. I do like this company!
