Super Service! After years of convenient use, Total Audio Converter stopped working after the update Windows 10 to build 2004, saying I had to register. My old license was not accepted anymore, so I contacted CoolUtils support and the send me a new one without questions asked. Super Service!

I liked it so much that I literally bought dozens of their apps. The support was very helpful, too, when I had trouble automatically registering all my new licenses, perhaps because I run Windows on a Mac using Parallels. Anyhow, very happy customer here.
