Excellent Customer Service ! Excellent Customer Service ! I had purchased a Total Audio Converter - License about 5 years back and had to change my computer... Didn't find my license key anymore, but still had the confirmation mail of my purchase. I contacted the service center and they sent me a new key within hours! Absolutely great service :-) Can only recommend Total Audio Converter; not just for the service, but the product itself as well!

Can't figure out how to work the… Can't figure out how to work the software. It is not user friendly and no one answers the 800 help line. Don't buy this software. BTW is not https....yes the download is unsecure.

The website advertises a 50% discount… The website advertises a 50% discount for a lifetime license. Tech support did email me that it was first fixed, which it was not, then later said the discount was removed. Above, and beyond that, I called tech for a technical question. No one ever answers the phone, or returned either of my two calls over a weeks time. I did come here to review all the 1 Star reviews, and overwhelmingly, all reviewers have the same issue with the tech support communication. All the 1 Star reviews were also answered as I predict this one will be too. Maybe if your company would just promptly answer, you wouldn't have any bad reviews!

Total Outlook Converter Pro Does not work for any real application Purchase a business license for Total Outlook Converter Pro, paid extra for support. The product does not work on on PST of an medium size or larger crashes after an hour of processing. I can't get it to work on anything but exporting email groups of only 100 to 200 emails. This is useless to me. Tried to get support help with no response. Buying support provides no support. Not at all satisfied with this product.
