Great Customer Service I reloaded a CoolUtils program onto a new computer 2 years after I bought it. But the registration wouldn't accept the registration key that I was given at purchase. I sent a request to CoolUtils, and got a response within about 8 hours. After answering some questions and providing proof of purchase, they sent me a new key, and everything works. Nice customer service, timely response and no hassles. I do like this company!

Highly recommended! Highly recommended! I tested the Thunderbird Converter and was impressed and found a number of other utilities that I can use so bought the Gold Bundle. The products I've used so far do a great job very quickly. I ran into one hiccup with the Thunderbird Converter and support was very responsive and fixed the issue quickly.

The website advertises a 50% discount… The website advertises a 50% discount for a lifetime license. Tech support did email me that it was first fixed, which it was not, then later said the discount was removed. Above, and beyond that, I called tech for a technical question. No one ever answers the phone, or returned either of my two calls over a weeks time. I did come here to review all the 1 Star reviews, and overwhelmingly, all reviewers have the same issue with the tech support communication. All the 1 Star reviews were also answered as I predict this one will be too. Maybe if your company would just promptly answer, you wouldn't have any bad reviews!

Can't figure out how to work the… Can't figure out how to work the software. It is not user friendly and no one answers the 800 help line. Don't buy this software. BTW is not https....yes the download is unsecure.

Total Image Converter program I had lost the program in when I bought a new computer. I contacted Cool Utils, who sent me a code to reinstall the program at no cost, on the basis that I had acquired the license, even though it was over 5 years ago. Their support team were really helpful in guiding me through the réinstallation process.
