USI purchased the gravemind pc as my… I am still mixed about about the whole experience however I can confidentiality say that I have never had an experience such a good with customer service before. The guy not only figure out the issues I had with the pc case, but helped me find the case, resolved some issues, get my pc in a timely manner, and other stuff as well. If I were to rate everything I would give pc performance a 5/5 (no complaints here), shipping a 2/5 (a few things came loose if not tightened done all the way), advertisement 1/5 (seem like they changed the halo flood theme pc without communicating with hiddenxperia about it and I ended up with a pc different from what I thought I would get), and lastly I would give customer support a 5/5 (was not expecting the service I got). So I think a 3 star review is sufficient for my case no pun intended. Outside of this experience I decided to either make it look like a coral reef (due to it looking like the fish tank I had in high school), make it look like cathedral (due to my foggy knowledge working with glass and tints) or make it look like lantern (due to the amount of glass the case has).

USApex Gaming really isn't so hot I ordered my PC back in December. So I've waited three months. My first delivery date was missed because of a supposed supply issue. Problem is no one contacted me and it took two emails to get a response. First one friendly of course my next one which I was clearly upset finally got a response. This is where I start to believe that they are a cash in cash out type business. I email them asking if I can get concrete information on when my PC would ship because the second quotes date was delayed on their order tracker. Now I have an issue with my processor not being in stock. I wasn't told about this last month so they clearly used it in another's build. Or they are entirely incompetent. Which either isn't good. Do not order from Apex they will delay your build for various non-specific problems. I know someone else who ordered a PC from them the same day and had the exact same experience. Except his engineer which is the only decent part of their staff helped him because he was so shocked at the delay. Update: I originally gave the company a one star. I will say after experiencing more problems with inventory management incompetence or what a symptom of what I stated above they did atleast upgrade my graphics card for the issues and once everything was in the PC was promptly built and shipped. Glad to have a PC but I can't recommend Apex PCs. I just happened to make a big enough stink.
