Scam Site Utterly disgusted that ORDER #AG113656 after having delays on building my pc now they have created a label for shipping and today marks 2 weeks that it has not shipped only created a label....... I don't even think ill ever get my pc and just got scammed out of thousands of dollars this is so crazy Update: joke of a reply not saying why its taking 2 weeks to ship after printing shipping label….

Love my computer … From creation to shipping everything was super easy, while they were doing my build there was an issue with supply and the person contacted me right away and addresses it; we ended up going with an upgrade and everyone was amazing throughout. Highly recommend!

They make good stuff They make good stuff. As you wait for your computer, they have a step by step description of what's happening. If there is an issue with a part or just a better part they reach out personally. I would recommend as much as the creators they partner with.

I had to send my pc back for repair and… I had to send my pc back for repair and it did take a week longer than I was originally told but John was friendly and communicative through the whole process. My RTX 3070 was replaced without charge and I was only charged for the shipping cost of the PC. This was one of the easier warranty repair processes I have gone through.

Order delayed 4 months Placed an order on New Years. Over 4 months later, and I still haven't received my order. Multiple emails to the Apex Support team have been left with empty promises, and no compensation for the extreme delays. Reading here that there are people who placed orders after me that have gotten their orders makes this even more frustrating.
