A well-oiled machine. The technician arrived within the allotted time. He was very fast, thorough and professional. He made sure my service was working properly before he left. He talked me through the process and did exactly what he explained. I upgraded to the 1 gig fiber service. My internet has been working like a well-oiled machine.

Best Technician Ever The technician that installed, my Internet was very friendly, helpful, informative, and answered every question I had. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a technician that came in my house to install or fix anything. I’ve always a bit wary when people come as I work from home, so I’m usually a single woman home by myself, but never for a second did I feel uncomfortable with him being here. This helps to instill trust with the company for me.

They promise you 200$ gift card and… They promise you 200$ gift card and when you click the link they send you it doesn’t recognize your email. Went ahead and canceled if they cannot deliver what was promised. Internet service was ok.

Good customer relations and perfect installation. The tech that did our installation did an excellent job. Good customer relations, answering questions and doing the install the way I asked for it to be done. Perfect installation, even though it was raining hard the entire time he worked. So far everything seems to be working and speed test checks out OK.

Service was OK when I had it Service was OK when I had it, but cancelled 2 months ago and company still charging my CC. This despite multiple call and promises it was resolved. Impossible to find a competent CSR or anybody that can actually fix your issues. Stay away from this company!
