GBA well-oiled machine. The technician arrived within the allotted time. He was very fast, thorough and professional. He made sure my service was working properly before he left. He talked me through the process and did exactly what he explained. I upgraded to the 1 gig fiber service. My internet has been working like a well-oiled machine.

GBBest Technician Ever The technician that installed, my Internet was very friendly, helpful, informative, and answered every question I had. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a technician that came in my house to install or fix anything. I’ve always a bit wary when people come as I work from home, so I’m usually a single woman home by myself, but never for a second did I feel uncomfortable with him being here. This helps to instill trust with the company for me.

GBI have a business and need to call back… I have a business and need to call back customers. I keep losing my ability to make long distance calls and then have to spend an hour on the phone talking to someone about it. It has happened 4 times now in 6 months. I go for days not being able to call customers back and end up losing business over it. I would have given 0 stars but that was not an option.

GBInstall with Robert was great... Throughout the weeks leading up to install, Brightspeed was on point with their communication every step of the way. Robert, the service tech, was the definition of a professional and worked efficiently to get our service connected. If anyone else out there is suffering through poor customer service and limited signal quality with Comcast, I would STRONGLY recommend checking into Brightspeed.
