The Brightspeed technician was great The Brightspeed technician that came to my house was great! He was earlier than expected, kind and polite. He explained everything that was going on. The only downside was when I spoke to the call operator to get an appointment it was not that great of experience.

Best Technician Ever The technician that installed, my Internet was very friendly, helpful, informative, and answered every question I had. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a technician that came in my house to install or fix anything. I’ve always a bit wary when people come as I work from home, so I’m usually a single woman home by myself, but never for a second did I feel uncomfortable with him being here. This helps to instill trust with the company for me.

Installer not very proffesional Installer without my knowledge or even asking or letting me know unplugged other equipment. It took me a considerable amount of time to fix the damage. Also the install is not what I would all professional. Drilled the hole through the floor 3 to 4 inches away from the wall in lieu of bringing it up against the base board. I understand they are probably paid by the install, but it would have taken no more time to do it correctly.
