great purchase arrived super fast, at first it said it was delivered but didn’t actually show up, i reached out to customers service and they were great helped me located and it ended up arriving the next day. great foam case for my kid.

Really disappointed in this company for… Really disappointed in this company for not having stock when they first took my money. If you have stocking issues with your 9" Universal Tablet Holder then make it known on your site. The only reason I gave 3-stars was because my money was refunded. Will not look at you again to purchase a tablet cover.

This case fantastic! This case fantastic! The keyboard connected easily to the iPad, the iPad is held snugly, shortcut keys are nice, especially for sound volume, cutouts for the 4 speakers allow the great iPad Pro sound to be heard, battery life good so far through much typing, lighted keyboard easy to turn on/off, and the way the cover angles the keyboard slightly when open is genius!

Not informed promptly about problem with order I had ordered and paid for express delivery. My product did not arrive in the window expected. Then about 5 days later I recieved a message that they had noticed that the product ordered had been damaged as it left the warehouse. This was far too late. It should have left the warehouse at least 5 days earlier and I should have been informed of a problem at that time, so I could have made another arrangement. As it was I could not order a different product in time for the event I had planned. Though I did have communication through email with Cooper Cases and they were pleasant in their response and gave me a full refund. I felt it would have been more helpful had they informed me sooner of a problem.

No replacement or answer Dear Cooper Cases We have Bought several times from you and in the last order we had an issue that we received the wrong cases, We actually send these cases to Venezuela and the cases are all the way over there since it was the same code and product we trusted the order to be the exact same I have always contacted someone called Carlos Ayon but I cannot reach him since march 19 and I would like to know what is going to happen since he had told me I would get a replacement since I sent the corresponding pictures of the cases of different size and the proper packaging I get no answer from the contact person or customer service it is like they disappeared
