GBNot informed promptly about problem with order I had ordered and paid for express delivery. My product did not arrive in the window expected. Then about 5 days later I recieved a message that they had noticed that the product ordered had been damaged as it left the warehouse. This was far too late. It should have left the warehouse at least 5 days earlier and I should have been informed of a problem at that time, so I could have made another arrangement. As it was I could not order a different product in time for the event I had planned. Though I did have communication through email with Cooper Cases and they were pleasant in their response and gave me a full refund. I felt it would have been more helpful had they informed me sooner of a problem.

GBThis was my second case This was my second case, the first one served well for several years. Unfortunately, with this second case the iPad holder arrived unglued from the ring holder. This was disappointing, but fixable. This remains the only ringed notebook style for iPad mini that is functional, yet professional looking that I have found at a reasonable price. It would be preferred to have a more conventional ring system in order to to use other add-ins. The shipping was extremely slow, and I am the sure heat during shipping played a part in the iPad holder falling off.

GBMy second Cooper case I purchased my second Cooper case for my Amazon HD 8. It's great to have an onboard blue tooth keypad for message, internet and other uses I'm still discovering. Customer service is very responsive and committed to resolving any issues you may have, either with the case itself or operation of the keyboard. Outstanding product!
