This was my second case This was my second case, the first one served well for several years. Unfortunately, with this second case the iPad holder arrived unglued from the ring holder. This was disappointing, but fixable. This remains the only ringed notebook style for iPad mini that is functional, yet professional looking that I have found at a reasonable price. It would be preferred to have a more conventional ring system in order to to use other add-ins. The shipping was extremely slow, and I am the sure heat during shipping played a part in the iPad holder falling off.

Amazing product for the new iPad Pro… Amazing product for the new iPad Pro 11inch. Was not on their site but they provided good communication and delivery option for UK. Thanks! I think the charging gap can be increased to provide easier plugin on the charger. At the moment it works but I struggle to get my fingers around the charger when removing it. I wouldn’t change anything if structural integrity was to be compromised. Great product!

Bad customer service Place an order on November 8, get confirmation of the order. Don't hear anything until I get an email on November 20, that I received a refund, and my order has been canceled. Looking into my order I find that they did not have the stock to send my one item.

Absolutely amazing Absolutely amazing. I am very happy with the keyboard case but more so with the customer service. I had a small issue when the first case I received stopped working properly, I contacted the company and after a few emails back and forth I had a free replacement Which was shipped extremely quickly (about 4 days after my initial enquiry) which is working fine. Very happy and I will definitely recommend and use this company again.
