GBGood Customer Service! Had a little trouble with my order as the color I wanted was out of stock. Talked to a member and quickly received a new replacement in another color of my choice and was kept updated on the status of my order. Will be ordering from here again!

CALate shipment My name is not Kay. I ordered 2 cases and expected them to be shipped as one order in the same box but you split the order and I have not received the second case. If the issue was about the colour that I ordered not being available in Canada someone should have reached out to me and discussed another colour option.

GBAmazing product for the new iPad Pro… Amazing product for the new iPad Pro 11inch. Was not on their site but they provided good communication and delivery option for UK. Thanks! I think the charging gap can be increased to provide easier plugin on the charger. At the moment it works but I struggle to get my fingers around the charger when removing it. I wouldn’t change anything if structural integrity was to be compromised. Great product!

GBI only gave 1 star because I had no… I only gave 1 star because I had no other choice. I purchased a case from Cooper Cases for my son's new iPad and since they described it as very rugged for kids and Amazon recommended it, I purchased it. It came with a screen protector as well. Now we have a large crack down the center of the iPad and no damage to the case or the screen protector. I should have gone with my instinct that there was no way this case could protect this $1200 iPad I just purchased. Lesson learned about false advertising because this case provides no protection and nothing is covered that gets broken.
