Really disappointed in this company for… Really disappointed in this company for not having stock when they first took my money. If you have stocking issues with your 9" Universal Tablet Holder then make it known on your site. The only reason I gave 3-stars was because my money was refunded. Will not look at you again to purchase a tablet cover.

Late shipment My name is not Kay. I ordered 2 cases and expected them to be shipped as one order in the same box but you split the order and I have not received the second case. If the issue was about the colour that I ordered not being available in Canada someone should have reached out to me and discussed another colour option.

Amazing product for the new iPad Pro… Amazing product for the new iPad Pro 11inch. Was not on their site but they provided good communication and delivery option for UK. Thanks! I think the charging gap can be increased to provide easier plugin on the charger. At the moment it works but I struggle to get my fingers around the charger when removing it. I wouldn’t change anything if structural integrity was to be compromised. Great product!

Not informed promptly about problem with order I had ordered and paid for express delivery. My product did not arrive in the window expected. Then about 5 days later I recieved a message that they had noticed that the product ordered had been damaged as it left the warehouse. This was far too late. It should have left the warehouse at least 5 days earlier and I should have been informed of a problem at that time, so I could have made another arrangement. As it was I could not order a different product in time for the event I had planned. Though I did have communication through email with Cooper Cases and they were pleasant in their response and gave me a full refund. I felt it would have been more helpful had they informed me sooner of a problem.

My second Cooper case I purchased my second Cooper case for my Amazon HD 8. It's great to have an onboard blue tooth keypad for message, internet and other uses I'm still discovering. Customer service is very responsive and committed to resolving any issues you may have, either with the case itself or operation of the keyboard. Outstanding product!
