Just Purchased my second iPad 7th… Just Purchased my second iPad 7th generation case Excellent my son had the first one for almost a year and this is the first time that an iPad lasted that long without scratch or crack on the screen My kid has the black one and now he wanted the green because it’s his favourite color but the don’t have it so I got the blue and it’s beautiful

Not informed promptly about problem with order I had ordered and paid for express delivery. My product did not arrive in the window expected. Then about 5 days later I recieved a message that they had noticed that the product ordered had been damaged as it left the warehouse. This was far too late. It should have left the warehouse at least 5 days earlier and I should have been informed of a problem at that time, so I could have made another arrangement. As it was I could not order a different product in time for the event I had planned. Though I did have communication through email with Cooper Cases and they were pleasant in their response and gave me a full refund. I felt it would have been more helpful had they informed me sooner of a problem.

Excellent Product & Amazing Customer Service I'm very impressed with the quality of my new Folding Laptop Desk, it is stylish, sleek & very sturdy. I had been eyeing this product for a while but it was not in stock so contacted the customer service team directly to find out when I can order it. My experience with Erma was just wonderful, in all my interactions with her she has been very quick & solution oriented in her responses. She proactively contacted me to let me know when the product was in stock & personally ensured it was shipped out & delivered to me in a timely manner. Very happy with Cooper Cases

I only gave 1 star because I had no… I only gave 1 star because I had no other choice. I purchased a case from Cooper Cases for my son's new iPad and since they described it as very rugged for kids and Amazon recommended it, I purchased it. It came with a screen protector as well. Now we have a large crack down the center of the iPad and no damage to the case or the screen protector. I should have gone with my instinct that there was no way this case could protect this $1200 iPad I just purchased. Lesson learned about false advertising because this case provides no protection and nothing is covered that gets broken.

Bad customer service Place an order on November 8, get confirmation of the order. Don't hear anything until I get an email on November 20, that I received a refund, and my order has been canceled. Looking into my order I find that they did not have the stock to send my one item.
