CADitch the expensive providers! WOW ! I'm so happy with the switch with oxio. The app that comes along is super user friendly. The package was prepared perfectly. It came along with a coloring page and pencil crayons with a bunch of stickers. The prices are affordable and connection was straight forward. Ditch the shaw, rogers, telus and sign up with ooxio!

CAI am 65 years old and change is hard… I am 65 years old and change is hard especially when it comes to making decisions about cellphone plans and internet but I am learning especially from mistakes I make but for me, it was NO mistake when I switched from Shaw to Oxio! If you are not happy with Oxio, you can cancel at any time but the first time is free if you use a referral code. They send you their equipment and you may need an axial cable to hook up but other than that, it’s fairly straightforward. They wanted to send a technician to come but in the end, it was not necessary. There have been a few “hiccups” but their customer service via text has been great! Take a deep breath and if you are ready for a change, then try Oxio and get a free month on my referral code which is RC63M2Z.

CAReferral Code: RAX8TXM Oxio is the "cool" internet provider. Let me share some background - my wife and I both work from home and in the tech industry. When it comes to internet, we need speed. We have bounced around a few providers across the nation from Shaw, to Telus (both pure fiber & rural), to independent providers. I would classify Oxio as the happy medium between all of those - and a steal for the price! They use Rogers/Shaw networks but for a lower price. We opted for their highest package for 1000 Mbps at $90/month (plus tax, of course) and have been sincerely satisfied! Setup: The setup process wsa very self explanatory. To get started, simply go to their website and input your service address. A bunch of pricing options will populate. Follow the instructions to proceed with the application (name, email, address, etc.) until you get to router selection. Their Eero 6 router is pretty decent to use (comes with antivirus and ad block), and just 1 of those can easily suffice for a 1 to 2 bedroom unit (up to 1500 sqft). Get more routers for a nominal fee if you have a bigger home. Once you submit the details, be sure to use my referral code at payment checkout to get your first month completely free: RAX8TXM That's it! Now you book a time for a tech to show up, and wait for the device to be shipped! If you still want a breakdown of what's what, see below. Pros: Decent price, strong network, no setup costs, first month free (with referral code: RAX8TXM), no contract term, and 60-day full refund satisfaction guarantee! Cons: no phone support - although they have pretty responsive support over text or direct messaging, there is no phone number you can call for emergencies.

CAFair for price and quality of service As a new comer to BC, I found OXIO a very good internet provider compared to the local providers. The quality of service is very fair for the price. Customer service is being done remotely by chat but still very effective. They have a referral plan which provide you with a code upon purchasing your product. When you use that code you and the previous customer can get some free month of service. Feel free to use my referral code if you wish to use this option: RNW763W.

CAI’ve had Oxio for over 1 year I’ve had Oxio for over 1 year, they run on Rogers lines, just cheaper and with almost no customer service to save costs. No live phone number and slow, unhelpful when emailing or texting. Kind of backwards, go with Ebox.
