CAOxio sucks Oxio sucks. I spend more time trying to troubleshoot my own issues bc they have no techs. I have service maybe 40% of the time.

CAOxio provides speed and discounts but its a rough crowd. Oxio provides speed and discounts. Once I got Oxio, I noticed I was cut off from many off the services I use. Chatrooms would say my ip was banned, streaming services, efnet, and i cant get it to resolve my bot's domain at xzibition.com it says "no such domain". The oxio tech support saw my tracert, and implied I needed to ask Cogeco to fix my internet routes. He literally blamed "it's all the sites you use, not oxio". I just got this IP, and he gave no explanation of why icant resolvesome domain names, other than to blame cogeco and AWS.Basically, becauseOxio offers such a deal, bad actors have used it to do a lot of bad things, and i inherited their punishment. I do not have time to rehabilitate oxio ip ranges with all of my internet destinations, so I'm going back to shaw, my old modem and my "Cadillac" IP range where I don't second-guess myown pipe.

CAFair for price and quality of service As a new comer to BC, I found OXIO a very good internet provider compared to the local providers. The quality of service is very fair for the price. Customer service is being done remotely by chat but still very effective. They have a referral plan which provide you with a code upon purchasing your product. When you use that code you and the previous customer can get some free month of service. Feel free to use my referral code if you wish to use this option: RNW763W.

CASave your money … I was always frustrated with other internet providers like Rogers and their on gong price increases, but what makes Oxio different from the rest is their transparency. I definitely recommend trying Oxio because they are: 1. Very affordable 2. Easy to understand 3. Customer service is super nice and friendly 4. The speed is great and reliable Unless, you prefer to speak to your customer service reps on the phone, keep in mind that Oxio is 100% digital. Try them it’s worth saving your money. Please feel free to use my referral code and you will get your first month absolutely free!! Referral Code— RDCT48j9

CAReferral Code: RAX8TXM Oxio is the "cool" internet provider. Let me share some background - my wife and I both work from home and in the tech industry. When it comes to internet, we need speed. We have bounced around a few providers across the nation from Shaw, to Telus (both pure fiber & rural), to independent providers. I would classify Oxio as the happy medium between all of those - and a steal for the price! They use Rogers/Shaw networks but for a lower price. We opted for their highest package for 1000 Mbps at $90/month (plus tax, of course) and have been sincerely satisfied! Setup: The setup process wsa very self explanatory. To get started, simply go to their website and input your service address. A bunch of pricing options will populate. Follow the instructions to proceed with the application (name, email, address, etc.) until you get to router selection. Their Eero 6 router is pretty decent to use (comes with antivirus and ad block), and just 1 of those can easily suffice for a 1 to 2 bedroom unit (up to 1500 sqft). Get more routers for a nominal fee if you have a bigger home. Once you submit the details, be sure to use my referral code at payment checkout to get your first month completely free: RAX8TXM That's it! Now you book a time for a tech to show up, and wait for the device to be shipped! If you still want a breakdown of what's what, see below. Pros: Decent price, strong network, no setup costs, first month free (with referral code: RAX8TXM), no contract term, and 60-day full refund satisfaction guarantee! Cons: no phone support - although they have pretty responsive support over text or direct messaging, there is no phone number you can call for emergencies.
