The amount of money I’ve spent having to supplement internet downtime with my data plan has been significant. Poor customer service and they rarely offer timely solutions. Also had an issue with one of their modems and eero devices and they tried to charge me for the faulty ones.

Going back to Telus I had Telus fiber for two years prior to switching. I've had oxio for less than a month and already having outages, all lights on modem locked on and the white light on eero six but it's so garbage it still just refuses to connect online. I'll be switching back, wanted to give the other guys a shot but what poo service.
