CAFair for price and quality of service As a new comer to BC, I found OXIO a very good internet provider compared to the local providers. The quality of service is very fair for the price. Customer service is being done remotely by chat but still very effective. They have a referral plan which provide you with a code upon purchasing your product. CAI’ve had Oxio for over 1 year I’ve had Oxio for over 1 year, they run on Rogers lines, just cheaper and with almost no customer service to save costs. No live phone number and slow, unhelpful when emailing or texting. Kind of backwards, go with Ebox.

CAGoing back to Telus I had Telus fiber for two years prior to switching. I've had oxio for less than a month and already having outages, all lights on modem locked on and the white light on eero six but it's so garbage it still just refuses to connect online. I'll be switching back, wanted to give the other guys a shot but what poo service.

CABest and cheapest internet company in Alberta I have been with Oxio for almost two years to date. Excellent and stable internet plans. I am on 75 Mbps for only 49$ / mo. Equipment is already included for free (no rental crap, and you only need to buy an optical cable --> 5$). Internet is stable, fast, and easily configurable by an app on your mobile phone. These guys, prices and quality, beat the big names.
