Constant internet outages that always… Constant internet outages that always seem to occur outside of the chat help hours. The amount of money I’ve spent having to supplement internet downtime with my data plan has been significant. Poor customer service and they rarely offer timely solutions. Also had an issue with one of their modems and eero devices and they tried to charge me for the faulty ones.

Buffering issues at 6-8 pm I was having trouble with internet providers. I had an ongoing issue with buffering problems at peak times i.e.6-8 pm.
