Ordered a custom Xbox one controller… Ordered a custom Xbox one controller and was never specifically told how long it would take. It took two months which might have changed my mind had I known a head of time. Got it and it didn’t work. Sent it back and was never contacted once by this pathetic company. I always had to call for weeks only to be given the run around. They finally gave me partial credit. They kept my money and I never got anything in return.

It is now February and still no controller. No help from customer service and no explanation or refund. Do not buy from them.

I ordered two controllers on 11/25/23… I ordered two controllers on 11/25/23 and have yet to receive my order nearly 5 months later! Their customer service number was shut down for a time and they would only allow customers to leave a message. When I did finally reach someone they gave empty promises such as “it will be sent next week” or “we are waiting on the back buttons and it shouldn’t take longer than two more weeks”. Do not trust your money to Contoller Chaos.

They responded by saying " it takes a long time, its being polished, due to demand and a shortage of workers the orocess is slow" Personally this place takes your money and thats it.
