A company that stands by their customers. Was worried about an order that was taking a bit long...received a call back from rep who was totally professional and eager to make things good. He was very helpful.... and super nice to work with.

I ordered two controllers on 11/25/23… I ordered two controllers on 11/25/23 and have yet to receive my order nearly 5 months later! Their customer service number was shut down for a time and they would only allow customers to leave a message. When I did finally reach someone they gave empty promises such as “it will be sent next week” or “we are waiting on the back buttons and it shouldn’t take longer than two more weeks”. Do not trust your money to Contoller Chaos.

Almost 6 months and counting I made my order September 24, 2023 and I have yet not received it despite constant follow up. The answer (although not customer service's fault) is consistently that there are delays in pieces resulting in delays in assembly. I really didn't want to write a review but I am out of options. Some sort of compensation needs to come through as I have never been so disappointed and frustrated by an online order of this value nor a customer experience.

I'm amazed by the talent and creativity… I'm amazed by the talent and creativity of the artists at this company. I met them first at a con and could see and hear the passion from them. after ordering a controller there customer service is quick to respond and friendly! this is not just a custom controller, it is gamers making custom controllers for gamers!
