GBDO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE I ordered a controller for my son 3&1/2 months ago. I have kept in touch by email. They responded by saying " it takes a long time, its being polished, due to demand and a shortage of workers the orocess is slow" Personally this place takes your money and thats it. So I just kissed 400 dollars goodbye.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER DELIVER THE PRODUCY. BS ARTISTS

KWAlmost 6 months and counting I made my order September 24, 2023 and I have yet not received it despite constant follow up. The answer (although not customer service's fault) is consistently that there are delays in pieces resulting in delays in assembly. I really didn't want to write a review but I am out of options. Some sort of compensation needs to come through as I have never been so disappointed and frustrated by an online order of this value nor a customer experience.
