Ordered a custom Xbox one controller… Ordered a custom Xbox one controller and was never specifically told how long it would take. It took two months which might have changed my mind had I known a head of time. Got it and it didn’t work. Sent it back and was never contacted once by this pathetic company. I always had to call for weeks only to be given the run around. They finally gave me partial credit. They kept my money and I never got anything in return.

I ordered a controller the second week… I ordered a controller the second week of December and it's the end of March and still have not received it. I have called at least a dozen times and it always says it's a one minute wait time but I get hung up on after 20 minutes

A company that stands by their customers. Was worried about an order that was taking a bit long...received a call back from rep who was totally professional and eager to make things good. He was very helpful.... and super nice to work with.

I'm extremely happy with the airbrushed… I'm extremely happy with the airbrushed design on my controller. The colors are vibrant, the details are precise, and it completely transformed the look of my controller.
