It is now February and still no controller. No help from customer service and no explanation or refund. Do not buy from them.

GBI ordered a controller the second week… I ordered a controller the second week of December and it's the end of March and still have not received it. I have called at least a dozen times and it always says it's a one minute wait time but I get hung up on after 20 minutes
