KWAlmost 6 months and counting I made my order September 24, 2023 and I have yet not received it despite constant follow up. The answer (although not customer service's fault) is consistently that there are delays in pieces resulting in delays in assembly. I really didn't want to write a review but I am out of options. Some sort of compensation needs to come through as I have never been so disappointed and frustrated by an online order of this value nor a customer experience.

GBWe ordered a custom controller for our… We ordered a custom controller for our son for Christmas (it was supposed to be a gift from Santa) and they said it would be delayed. It is now February and still no controller. No help from customer service and no explanation or refund. Do not buy from them.
