I'm amazed by the level of artistry and I'm amazed by the level of artistry and creativity displayed here. I wanted a different color as the base and they were very accommodating and worked with me to get what I wanted! It's a true testament to the skill of the artists. Bravo!

A company that stands by their customers. Was worried about an order that was taking a bit long...received a call back from rep who was totally professional and eager to make things good. He was very helpful.... and super nice to work with.

I ordered two controllers on 11/25/23… I ordered two controllers on 11/25/23 and have yet to receive my order nearly 5 months later! Their customer service number was shut down for a time and they would only allow customers to leave a message. When I did finally reach someone they gave empty promises such as “it will be sent next week” or “we are waiting on the back buttons and it shouldn’t take longer than two more weeks”. Do not trust your money to Contoller Chaos.
