I met them first at a con and could see and hear the passion from them. after ordering a controller there customer service is quick to respond and friendly! this is not just a custom controller, it is gamers making custom controllers for gamers!

Ordered a custom Xbox one controller… Ordered a custom Xbox one controller and was never specifically told how long it would take. It took two months which might have changed my mind had I known a head of time. Got it and it didn’t work. Sent it back and was never contacted once by this pathetic company. I always had to call for weeks only to be given the run around. They finally gave me partial credit. They kept my money and I never got anything in return.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE I ordered a controller for my son 3&1/2 months ago. I have kept in touch by email. They responded by saying " it takes a long time, its being polished, due to demand and a shortage of workers the orocess is slow" Personally this place takes your money and thats it.
