USActual human customer service I'm not rating the laptop I got from them. It was hot garbage. What blew my mind was that when I called their customer service, I only had to press a single button to speak to a real live human who was able to understand my situation and process a refund for me in minutes. Holy cow I don't remember the last time I actually had customer service over the phone that felt like actual customer service. Will shop there again.

USFalse Features Listed on Product Go on to purchase the POS Printer from Star Micronics. It was the SM-S230i Model, which explicitly list under the features of the purchase page that it has a Magnetic Stripe Reader included. I received it and it does not, so I get in touch with customer service and they tell me I ordered the wrong model. Ummm, no, you listed the wrong model and falsely advertised the features. The low Trust Pilot scores seem to be pretty consistent.
