CAResponsive and get the job done I bought battlefield 3, Skyrim, and pre-ordered Reaper of Souls from them. I managed to win a free Titanfall game but due to some complication the key was used by someone else. Direct2Play didn't give up and try to solve my problem, in the end I received a free copy of Thief instead. Would have gone with another Titanfall game but hey, a game is better than nothing! Good job for Direct2play's customer service!

GBGreat response time and resolution for a first time problem! Until last night I had never had any issues downloading games from Direct 2 Play. They have always had good key delivery times, good download speeds, and an easy system to follow for installing and playing games. Last night I downloaded Splinter Cell Blacklist and had a problem with the delivered code. I went to support and they had a posted message explaining there was an issue and were working on the fix. Today I contacted live support and had a new working copy of the game within' 5 minutes of contacting them. Quick polite customer service. Every place you buy from can have this issue but these guys handled this one quickly and professionally. Mike Tobin

GBrighting wrongs My order was also cancelled and just a few hours before the game unlocked...To make things worse, this purchase was a birthday gift for a friend. However, d2p did everything they could to make everything right. I recieved a full refund plus a coupon towards my next purchase. Thank you for righting the wrongs.

GBVery helpful and legit A.F. Being new to keysites, i've had a bunch of questions, so naturally I've been hammering the Help Ticket button like mad, and they've been immensely helpful and understanding, especially Joselyn who's been answering most of my tickets. Also ordered some games and have had no problem with getting them. UPDATE 1: Preordered Dark Souls 2 for $36 and the very next day it dropped in price to $31. This bummed me out a little bit, but they were kind enough to refund me the difference in Store Credit by way of a voucher. Highly appreciated, Thanks Joselyn!
