Amazing Price and Service. I've been purchasing games from D2P since 2012. They offer some of the best prices on newer games that I've ever seen, and their customer service is impeccable. Any issues I've had were resolved almost immediately, no matter what time of day, or day of the week.

Being new to keysites, i've had a bunch of questions, so naturally I've been hammering the Help Ticket button like mad, and they've been immensely helpful and understanding, especially Joselyn who's been answering most of my tickets. Also ordered some games and have had no problem with getting them. UPDATE 1: Preordered Dark Souls 2 for $36 and the very next day it dropped in price to $31. I wait apprx I wait apprx. a month for a key. Nobody answers me, no refund, on the main site since weeks the following: "In order to perform site maintenance, our online shop is closed temporarily. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you please try again later."

Rubbish and rude support Have had to open a payment dispute to try and get my money back as these guys sell Russian steam keys that won't work with normal steam keys. They expect you to break the Steam terms of service by using a VPN to circumvent the region locking of the keys. They operate a no refund policy just look at their terms and conditions and you'll see it clearly there. I wouldn't use them if they were the last company on earth selling games. I urge you to stay away from them.
