I wait apprx I wait apprx. a month for a key. Nobody answers me, no refund, on the main site since weeks the following: "In order to perform site maintenance, our online shop is closed temporarily. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you please try again later."

Exceeded my expectations! From the get-go like many others I was VERY skeptical to fall into the 'very low price tag' for Windows licenses. I still went ahead and gave it a shot. Long story short, the key failed to activate not because it was counterfeited/used but rather because of my particular case. I emailed support with minutes after it failed, support responded back to me within hours the same day and continued so for three days until my problem was resolved.
