Great response time and resolution for a first time problem! Until last night I had never had any issues downloading games from Direct 2 Play. They have always had good key delivery times, good download speeds, and an easy system to follow for installing and playing games. Last night I downloaded Splinter Cell Blacklist and had a problem with the delivered code. I went to support and they had a posted message explaining there was an issue and were working on the fix. Today I contacted live support and had a new working copy of the game within' 5 minutes of contacting them. Quick polite customer service. Offers great games at low prices, but can't deliver on time. Poor response from support (none)... Pre-ordered a game (second time) and they promise delivery on release day. But again, no delivery... Wrote support for two days, but no response. Opend case with PayPal, and got money refunded... Don't pre-order games here if you expect delivery on release day.
