Rubbish and rude support Have had to open a payment dispute to try and get my money back as these guys sell Russian steam keys that won't work with normal steam keys. They expect you to break the Steam terms of service by using a VPN to circumvent the region locking of the keys. They operate a no refund policy just look at their terms and conditions and you'll see it clearly there. I wouldn't use them if they were the last company on earth selling games. I managed to win a free Titanfall game but due to some complication the key was used by someone else. Direct2Play didn't give up and try to solve my problem, in the end I received a free copy of Thief instead. Would have gone with another Titanfall game but hey, a game is better than nothing!
