Great response time and resolution for a first time problem! Until last night I had never had any issues downloading games from Direct 2 Play. They have always had good key delivery times, good download speeds, and an easy system to follow for installing and playing games. Last night I downloaded Splinter Cell Blacklist and had a problem with the delivered code. I went to support and they had a posted message explaining there was an issue and were working on the fix. Today I contacted live support and had a new working copy of the game within' 5 minutes of contacting them. Quick polite customer service. Cheap, very fast I was a little hesitant of them a couple years ago, tried them out and have continued to go back ever since. Generally just buy Steam DRM games, so they plug right into my Steam client, but have bought other non Steam games, EA, Ubisoft and all work just fine. I have recommended to my close friends.
