Great response time and resolution for a first time problem! Until last night I had never had any issues downloading games from Direct 2 Play. They have always had good key delivery times, good download speeds, and an easy system to follow for installing and playing games. Last night I downloaded Splinter Cell Blacklist and had a problem with the delivered code. I went to support and they had a posted message explaining there was an issue and were working on the fix. Today I contacted live support and had a new working copy of the game within' 5 minutes of contacting them. Quick polite customer service. Rubbish and rude support Have had to open a payment dispute to try and get my money back as these guys sell Russian steam keys that won't work with normal steam keys. They expect you to break the Steam terms of service by using a VPN to circumvent the region locking of the keys. They operate a no refund policy just look at their terms and conditions and you'll see it clearly there. I wouldn't use them if they were the last company on earth selling games. I urge you to stay away from them.
