Responsive and get the job done I bought battlefield 3, Skyrim, and pre-ordered Reaper of Souls from them. I managed to win a free Titanfall game but due to some complication the key was used by someone else. Direct2Play didn't give up and try to solve my problem, in the end I received a free copy of Thief instead. Would have gone with another Titanfall game but hey, a game is better than nothing! I wait apprx I wait apprx. a month for a key. Nobody answers me, no refund, on the main site since weeks the following: "In order to perform site maintenance, our online shop is closed temporarily. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you please try again later."
