GBRubbish and rude support Have had to open a payment dispute to try and get my money back as these guys sell Russian steam keys that won't work with normal steam keys. They expect you to break the Steam terms of service by using a VPN to circumvent the region locking of the keys. They operate a no refund policy just look at their terms and conditions and you'll see it clearly there. I wouldn't use them if they were the last company on earth selling games. I urge you to stay away from them.

GBCheap, very fast I was a little hesitant of them a couple years ago, tried them out and have continued to go back ever since. Generally just buy Steam DRM games, so they plug right into my Steam client, but have bought other non Steam games, EA, Ubisoft and all work just fine. I have recommended to my close friends.

HUI wait apprx I wait apprx. a month for a key. Nobody answers me, no refund, on the main site since weeks the following: "In order to perform site maintenance, our online shop is closed temporarily. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask that you please try again later."

GBGreat response time and resolution for a first time problem! Until last night I had never had any issues downloading games from Direct 2 Play. They have always had good key delivery times, good download speeds, and an easy system to follow for installing and playing games. Last night I downloaded Splinter Cell Blacklist and had a problem with the delivered code. I went to support and they had a posted message explaining there was an issue and were working on the fix. Today I contacted live support and had a new working copy of the game within' 5 minutes of contacting them. Quick polite customer service. Every place you buy from can have this issue but these guys handled this one quickly and professionally. Mike Tobin

GBExceeded my expectations! From the get-go like many others I was VERY skeptical to fall into the 'very low price tag' for Windows licenses. I still went ahead and gave it a shot. Long story short, the key failed to activate not because it was counterfeited/used but rather because of my particular case. I emailed support with minutes after it failed, support responded back to me within hours the same day and continued so for three days until my problem was resolved. I commend the folks in support and most importantly the business especially in today's age of online scams. Great Job Team! A very pleased customer.
