GBPaid almost 200 for a specialized… Paid almost 200 for a specialized controler that I still haven't received. I have been given the run around for months and thats when I can get a response from them. I can no longer even get a refund from my cc company because its past the time limit. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

GBBuyer beware, terrible company, I would give 0 stars if possible I had placed a review on January 8th about and order I placed in December and it came in wrong, well here it is April 26th and I still have yet to receive my order and they have not contacted me back, I would not recommend to do business with them they need shut down. Update. Its April 30th after receiving no response from emails I called and actually got an answer. They couldn't find my controller and went ahead and placed a new order but when I asked for a refund also for having to wait 6 months and getting terrible service he barely wanted to do that and said he can't run a business giving stuff away. But you can't run one by not giving people what they paid for either with a crappy attitude. So I canceled and got a refund, dont buy from them.

GBOrdered chrome Xbox one buttons I originally ordered a product, and was disturbed with their old management on how they handled the situation. I was recently contacted by their NEW management, and because of them, am adjusting this to 4. They were very professional, even when I had some not so nice things to say. They shipped the correct items for free, due to the trouble before, and I received them a couple days later, everything is correct and great. Thank you to new management! You truly did provide great customer service, after a long uphill battle, and I appreciate that. I will rectify the reviews I had given old management, and wish you the best. 4/2/2018

GBawesome! The product turned out so much better than I expected. I got a customized batman controller for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loved it, it looked so cool. I definitely recommend the send in controller option because it makes the cost a lot less, but the money was well spent.

GBBeware do not do business with this company! Do not do business with this company. I sent my sons controller in for repairs in November. They still have our property and will not answer emails or phone calls. If anyone else has been ripped off by this company, either contact me or call the Attorney General of Florida to file a complaint. There are also a number of other ways to file a complaint. If we do not do something they will continue to rip people off. Do not send the money or controllers for repair, you’ll never see either again. I have never dealt with a worse company in my entire life!!!!
