Honest review So here it is Honest review, when I call them they answer that's pretty rare usuallin this business, they put wrong mod on my controller sent me a shipping slip had it back in like 3 days with the best mods added for no upcharge, outstanding as far as I'm concerned. They are definitely fair priced compared to most definitely worth it . On top of everything they are I think the longest running company so they got it down to a science.

I've purchased a controller back in 08 and I bought one last week 11-14-16. You have to love it, great price if you find a discount code, fast delivery, outstanding customer service. That was shaky about 8 years ago but they improved and I honest to God would recommend them to anyone. Very Impressed I'm very impressed with this company, and the personal way they handle things. When there was an issue with my order, I didn't receive just a standard email telling me it would be later than expected, I received a phone call and an explanation. And my product still arrived on time. I would definitely recommend this company, and will continue doing business with them in the future.

Paid almost 200 for a specialized… Paid almost 200 for a specialized controler that I still haven't received. I have been given the run around for months and thats when I can get a response from them. I can no longer even get a refund from my cc company because its past the time limit. Absolutely the best customer service. Originally I had an issue with the order missing a couple small pieces. I emailed GamerModz about the issue and they replied within a few minutes letting me know they where shipping me the missing pieces that same afternoon. This is the kind of customer service evey company should have.
