GBOrder never shipped!@! Placed order on June 22, 2018 and haven't received controller. I have called at least 10 times and have sent 6 e-mails and haven't received a response or been able to speak to a person. I filed a complaint with BBB in Florida on August 14, 2018. What is going on?

GBawesome! The product turned out so much better than I expected. I got a customized batman controller for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loved it, it looked so cool. I definitely recommend the send in controller option because it makes the cost a lot less, but the money was well spent.

GBVery Impressed I'm very impressed with this company, and the personal way they handle things. When there was an issue with my order, I didn't receive just a standard email telling me it would be later than expected, I received a phone call and an explanation. And my product still arrived on time. I would definitely recommend this company, and will continue doing business with them in the future.

GBService is horrible Service is horrible. I ordered a custom controller before Christmas. All I have heard are excuses, parts on back order, the management company was fired etc... I spoke to someone that said it would arrive the beginning of April. It was supposed to be delivered last week, and still waiting. I will never buy anything from them again and do not recommend buying from them.

GBGreat Support and gets back you timely … Great Support and gets back you timely manner. At first i thought my controller wasnt working right but after reaching out to the team and figure it was user error. I would recommend using them if you ever want mod your controller.
