I have been given the run around for months and thats when I can get a response from them. I can no longer even get a refund from my cc company because its past the time limit. Absolutely the best customer service. Originally I had an issue with the order missing a couple small pieces. I emailed GamerModz about the issue and they replied within a few minutes letting me know they where shipping me the missing pieces that same afternoon. I've purchased a controller back in 08 and I bought one last week 11-14-16. You have to love it, great price if you find a discount code, fast delivery, outstanding customer service. That was shaky about 8 years ago but they improved and I honest to God would recommend them to anyone.
