I was really happy with the customer … I was really happy with the customer service I received. When the ps3 contoller I ordered was unfortunately a bit messed up during the mod process I was kindly offered a premade ps4 controller with the same mods no extra charge that was ready to ship or choose to wait for the ps3 one. Is price worth the advantage? In my opinion yes! Bought the jug mod with pro buttons and love the re mapable buttons on the back makes jumping and sliding easier on cod since my thumb never leavers the stick, I am happy with it! It's fun pissing people off hahaha

Absolutely the best customer service. Originally I had an issue with the order missing a couple small pieces. I emailed GamerModz about the issue and they replied within a few minutes letting me know they where shipping me the missing pieces that same afternoon. This is the kind of customer service evey company should have.

Honest review So here it is Honest review, when I call them they answer that's pretty rare usuallin this business, they put wrong mod on my controller sent me a shipping slip had it back in like 3 days with the best mods added for no upcharge, outstanding as far as I'm concerned. They are definitely fair priced compared to most definitely worth it . On top of everything they are I think the longest running company so they got it down to a science.

Terrible customer service. Beware!!!! Bought my son a PlayStation… Bought my son a PlayStation personalised controller and it broke within a few months. I sent the controller back they apparently fixed it but it was still not working. I wanted a replacement but they refused and I paid over £100 for it. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone terrible customer service!!!
