Customer Service: I am told that my order was late due to a personnel overhaul in management. While I had to initiate contact to hear of progress on my order, GamerModz's response was fast, courteous, and informative. Ordered chrome Xbox one buttons I originally ordered a product, and was disturbed with their old management on how they handled the situation. I was recently contacted by their NEW management, and because of them, am adjusting this to 4. They were very professional, even when I had some not so nice things to say. They shipped the correct items for free, due to the trouble before, and I received them a couple days later, everything is correct and great. Thank you to new management! Best place for high Quality modz Don't believe most of the bad reviews yeah they had there not so good time, but so does every other new company. I've purchased a controller back in 08 and I bought one last week 11-14-16. You have to love it, great price if you find a discount code, fast delivery, outstanding customer service. That was shaky about 8 years ago but they improved and I honest to God would recommend them to anyone. GamerModz is best bang for your buck hands down, there killing evil, Viking all them other highly over priced controllers. Thanks for making Cod fun again.

Custom Controller I ordered just parts and the A,B,X,Y bottons Were pretty sticky when pressing them. But I called up gamermodz and they said since I got chrome they might be a little sticky, because the chrome is thicker then most materials but they said sand off a bit of the sides or flex the shell of the controller to make them slide in easier. Overall great service and products! 😀
