GBGood experience, would order again. I purchased a custom Xbox One controller, pre built. Shopping Experience: the customiser is easy to use and has a great variety. Customer Service: I am told that my order was late due to a personnel overhaul in management. While I had to initiate contact to hear of progress on my order, GamerModz's response was fast, courteous, and informative. Product: Looks great, precisely to order, lightweight, everything works well.

GBOrder never shipped!@! Placed order on June 22, 2018 and haven't received controller. I have called at least 10 times and have sent 6 e-mails and haven't received a response or been able to speak to a person. I filed a complaint with BBB in Florida on August 14, 2018. What is going on?

GBHonest review So here it is Honest review, when I call them they answer that's pretty rare usuallin this business, they put wrong mod on my controller sent me a shipping slip had it back in like 3 days with the best mods added for no upcharge, outstanding as far as I'm concerned. They are definitely fair priced compared to most definitely worth it . On top of everything they are I think the longest running company so they got it down to a science.

GBOrdered chrome Xbox one buttons I originally ordered a product, and was disturbed with their old management on how they handled the situation. I was recently contacted by their NEW management, and because of them, am adjusting this to 4. They were very professional, even when I had some not so nice things to say. They shipped the correct items for free, due to the trouble before, and I received them a couple days later, everything is correct and great. Thank you to new management! You truly did provide great customer service, after a long uphill battle, and I appreciate that. I will rectify the reviews I had given old management, and wish you the best. 4/2/2018
