Ordered chrome Xbox one buttons I originally ordered a product, and was disturbed with their old management on how they handled the situation. I was recently contacted by their NEW management, and because of them, am adjusting this to 4. They were very professional, even when I had some not so nice things to say. They shipped the correct items for free, due to the trouble before, and I received them a couple days later, everything is correct and great. Thank you to new management! I was really happy with the customer … I was really happy with the customer service I received. When the ps3 contoller I ordered was unfortunately a bit messed up during the mod process I was kindly offered a premade ps4 controller with the same mods no extra charge that was ready to ship or choose to wait for the ps3 one. Thanks guys!

Absolutely the best customer service. Originally I had an issue with the order missing a couple small pieces. I emailed GamerModz about the issue and they replied within a few minutes letting me know they where shipping me the missing pieces that same afternoon. This is the kind of customer service evey company should have.

Efficient but could be simplified. Efficient, easy to use web site. Second controller I have used. I would suggest clarifying each mod and mode to each order. Example is Juggernaut v.6 in place of generic mod then using the not so easy to find instructions for clarification of which mod was pre loaded on the order. The first controller I bought had one "on/off" button used to activate the mods. The newer system zeros out each time you turn off the system making you have to turn on all mods, then navigate through all settings again.

awesome! The product turned out so much better than I expected. I got a customized batman controller for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loved it, it looked so cool. I definitely recommend the send in controller option because it makes the cost a lot less, but the money was well spent.
