Honest review So here it is Honest review, when I call them they answer that's pretty rare usuallin this business, they put wrong mod on my controller sent me a shipping slip had it back in like 3 days with the best mods added for no upcharge, outstanding as far as I'm concerned. They are definitely fair priced compared to most definitely worth it . On top of everything they are I think the longest running company so they got it down to a science.

Terrible customer service. Beware!!!! Bought my son a PlayStation… Bought my son a PlayStation personalised controller and it broke within a few months. I sent the controller back they apparently fixed it but it was still not working. I wanted a replacement but they refused and I paid over £100 for it. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone terrible customer service!!!

Good experience, would order again. I purchased a custom Xbox One controller, pre built. Shopping Experience: the customiser is easy to use and has a great variety. Customer Service: I am told that my order was late due to a personnel overhaul in management. While I had to initiate contact to hear of progress on my order, GamerModz's response was fast, courteous, and informative. Product: Looks great, precisely to order, lightweight, everything works well.

I was really happy with the customer … I was really happy with the customer service I received. When the ps3 contoller I ordered was unfortunately a bit messed up during the mod process I was kindly offered a premade ps4 controller with the same mods no extra charge that was ready to ship or choose to wait for the ps3 one. Thanks guys!

Took way too long. Took way too long to get, 1 month after order. Customer service sucks, couldn't understand person hardly and waS never actually helped just given run around. Terrible. And controller doesn't seem to have the mod on it. In response to your response no was told no such thing. I'm not a liar and wouldn't try and ruin your reputation for no damn reason.
