Wrong ship to address 🤦🏻‍♀️I placed an order with and incorrect… I placed an order with and incorrect shipping address. Customer service worked fast and proficient at making sure the correct address was used. Less than 8 hours later, everything was taken care of. Great customer service!! Thank you!!

Zero warranty coverage The actual product held up to regular daily use for for less than 6 months, then my ipad started falling out of this case. I contacted customer support and was told that basically their 1 year warranty does not cover any moving parts, actually looking back at the email, their displayed 1 year warranty covers " nothing ". Such a disappointment, the product looked good to. But with no warranty covering minor fixes I give Gold & Cherry a huge 0. The worst company I've dealt with. Don't buy from this company as everything always breaks and they don't care. Regards, TS

This company is not legitimate This company is not legitimate. They did not ship my package, provided tracking information but post office never received the package. When I tried to call their office number, no one ever answered. I tried messaging them on Instagram, they responded they would check into it but said package is delayed. They have now blocked me from commenting to warn other customers on their website.

Love my IPad keyboard case! I loved my G&C keyboard case for my IPad, it basically made my laptop obsolete when traveling, so easy to use. However, one morning I spilled coffee on it and a few of the keys didn't work. I contacted support, knowing that the coffee mishap was on me and I probably didn't have any hope of replacing it without buying another. They immediately helped me buy another and offered a discount, which was going above and beyond. Support was very prompt and extremely helpful. Gold and Cherry, you have a customer for life. 5 stars!

G&C are great to work with at all… G&C are great to work with at all levels. Of particular note is, Elle! She is great, courteous, knowledgeable and represents her company well—5 Star rating! And, their products are nicely made, work as advertised and are clever adaptations to make an iPad seem like a laptop! 5 Star rating!
