Great Customer Service The original product I received (iPad wireless keyboard) was only working when plugged in. After emailing support, they helped me troubleshoot to see if that would fix the issue. When the troubleshoots were not working, they sent me a replacement at no charge. Throughout the whole experience Angelo was very helpful.

Worst experience ever Worst experience ever! Makes one never want to mail order, certainly must be despicable to work for this scum bag company. $150 down the drain for sending me the wrong product and never making it right.. BBB where are you, close this company down, Now! FOLLOW UP: so Gold and Cherry replied, reply didn’t mean anything so read it closely as 3 things to take from it: 1 reply said nothing about making it right. 2 I’ve not heard anything from them. 3 google the company and you will find lots of customers experienced the same as I have so is this is they operate. This company is not legitimate This company is not legitimate. They did not ship my package, provided tracking information but post office never received the package. When I tried to call their office number, no one ever answered. I tried messaging them on Instagram, they responded they would check into it but said package is delayed. They have now blocked me from commenting to warn other customers on their website.

Keyboard research I purchased inexpensive keyboards two times for my iPad Pro, returned both. Determined to only make one more purchase I researched keyboards. I contacted Gold and Cherry and after several emails back and forth with customer service I am convinced this is the company I should purchase from. Their response to my questions were prompt and detailed even when I didn’t fully understand the information.

Black Friday discount code In several of their Black Friday ads there was a code to save $ on the item(s) one could use to have the Black Friday deal. Every single time I tried applying the code (s) it never worked. After reaching out to the company concerning the frustration I was experiencing using the code, they sent me a new code to apply and it worked! I then purchased the item I wanted with a Black Friday discount.
