GBI have a 1st gen 12.9 iPad Pro I have a 1st gen 12.9 iPad Pro and ordered the keyboard case. I had a little issue in setting it up, I contacted customer support immediately was contacted by Angelo and he walked me through to fix the issue.The keyboard works great. Quality product made with heavy gauge aluminum love the lighted keyboard with multiple colors. Highly recommend if looking to upgrade your iPad.

GBLove my IPad keyboard case! I loved my G&C keyboard case for my IPad, it basically made my laptop obsolete when traveling, so easy to use. However, one morning I spilled coffee on it and a few of the keys didn't work. I contacted support, knowing that the coffee mishap was on me and I probably didn't have any hope of replacing it without buying another. They immediately helped me buy another and offered a discount, which was going above and beyond. Support was very prompt and extremely helpful. Gold and Cherry, you have a customer for life. 5 stars!

FRDISHONESTY IS CERTAINLY NOT THE BEST POLICY !!! I am rarely mistaken when I say : I SMELL A RAT !!! In the past, I have purchased a keyboard from these people with no issues. This time, it’s a nightmare. It’s unfortunate that I did not read reviews here. I am having the same problem as another customer here, Mr. John Brooke. Purchased a keyboard on Jan 7th and it is defective not even 3 months later. There are letters that do not work, and there is flickering on the screen, the keyboard streams over letters on its own ; it has a mind of its own. I am being told the following : that the limited warranty does not cover defects, which is false, and that I cannot send the keyboard back because it would cost too much !! Their proposition to me is to buy another at 1/2 price !!!!??? I have been taken for « stupid » before, but this beats the contest !! It is obvious that their company has cut corners on the quality of their product and that customers will be bearing the pains of it. I will NOT help and I will spread the word of this illicit policy to EVERYONE I KNOW. If there is ONE thing I cannot stand, it is dishonesty and it has to be flushed out of our system. Let’s start HERE !!!

GBI want to post a good review but I just… I want to post a good review but I just cannot. The product (purchased in December 2023) has separated at the corner where you would hold it to push the top open. We’ve used it for less than 4 months. Customer service email responses do not even try to acknowledge the issue. They simply said it would cost too much to ship and fix and offered to send me a new one for half price…plus shipping. The caveat, the half price fee is $60 more than I payed for it in December and my December payment included shipping. In an effort to be reasonable (even though I fully believe they should replace it without cost and because the product itself is beautiful and worked perfectly right up until the issue with the separation) I offered to pay half the cost I paid in December. The response email informed me their costs have increased. And that was all it said. Their customer service is terrible.

GBNeeded to contact Gold & Cherry… Needed to contact Gold & Cherry Customer Service when I could not power up my iPad keyboard case. Received same day email response with high level trouble shooting guidelines, which was exactly what I needed. Solved problem in a minute. Typing this 5 star review with my iPad keyboard! Excellent product with even better service. Great job, thank you!
