GBI want to post a good review but I just… I want to post a good review but I just cannot. The product (purchased in December 2023) has separated at the corner where you would hold it to push the top open. We’ve used it for less than 4 months. Customer service email responses do not even try to acknowledge the issue. They simply said it would cost too much to ship and fix and offered to send me a new one for half price…plus shipping. The caveat, the half price fee is $60 more than I payed for it in December and my December payment included shipping. In an effort to be reasonable (even though I fully believe they should replace it without cost and because the product itself is beautiful and worked perfectly right up until the issue with the separation) I offered to pay half the cost I paid in December. The response email informed me their costs have increased. And that was all it said. Their customer service is terrible.

GBThis is an awesome company This is an awesome company. I received a damaged product (which I’m sure was damaged in shipping) so I contacted the company and within a week I had a replacement. Everything about the iPad magic keyboard is great, although it is a bit heavier than I’d like for traveling.

GBGreat Customer Service The original product I received (iPad wireless keyboard) was only working when plugged in. After emailing support, they helped me troubleshoot to see if that would fix the issue. When the troubleshoots were not working, they sent me a replacement at no charge. Throughout the whole experience Angelo was very helpful.

GBDefective Keyboards for iPAD version 6.… Ordered a keyboard/case for my iPad Pro. The first one did not work. After pairing, there were several keys that did not function. Was offered a replacement keyboard, and no need to return the defective one. Received the second one which ended up with similar defects. Asked for refund. Paid for shipping both defective keyboards back, although the first one was not required to be returned. Received a refund for 1/2 of what I had paid. Never, ever, will buy something from Gold and Cherry, or recommend their products.

GBG&C are great to work with at all… G&C are great to work with at all levels. Of particular note is, Elle! She is great, courteous, knowledgeable and represents her company well—5 Star rating! And, their products are nicely made, work as advertised and are clever adaptations to make an iPad seem like a laptop! 5 Star rating!
