Black Friday discount code In several of their Black Friday ads there was a code to save $ on the item(s) one could use to have the Black Friday deal. Every single time I tried applying the code (s) it never worked. After reaching out to the company concerning the frustration I was experiencing using the code, they sent me a new code to apply and it worked! I then purchased the item I wanted with a Black Friday discount.

The product (purchased in December 2023) has separated at the corner where you would hold it to push the top open. We’ve used it for less than 4 months. Customer service email responses do not even try to acknowledge the issue. They simply said it would cost too much to ship and fix and offered to send me a new one for half price…plus shipping. The caveat, the half price fee is $60 more than I payed for it in December and my December payment included shipping. In an effort to be reasonable (even though I fully believe they should replace it without cost and because the product itself is beautiful and worked perfectly right up until the issue with the separation) I offered to pay half the cost I paid in December. The response email informed me their costs have increased. And that was all it said. Their customer service is terrible.

I had a little issue in setting it up, I contacted customer support immediately was contacted by Angelo and he walked me through to fix the issue.The keyboard works great. Quality product made with heavy gauge aluminum love the lighted keyboard with multiple colors. Highly recommend if looking to upgrade your iPad.

Keyboard research I purchased inexpensive keyboards two times for my iPad Pro, returned both. Determined to only make one more purchase I researched keyboards. I contacted Gold and Cherry and after several emails back and forth with customer service I am convinced this is the company I should purchase from. Their response to my questions were prompt and detailed even when I didn’t fully understand the information.
