Initially Disappointed...Now satisfied with the final outcome Update...Wahep has gotten in touch with me & sent a replacement keyboard. I still hate that my computer isn’t Bluetooth...however...it’s refurbished and works pretty good so far. I can’t remember the guy’s name who called me, but he was great! Thanks Wahep/Andvaris I have been trying to contact Wahep customer service/support for 3 days to inform that the computer they had delivered to me on 1/18/2019, came with a faulty keyboard. I am not able to use all keys of the alphabet. When I call...I only get a voicemail to leave a message. I’ve attempted to chat twice. No one has responded to my chat or email messages. I will not be ordering from this company EVER again.

The cup works and it meet requirements The cpu works and it meet requirements, but it had paint marks and scratches, and it was missing a part the dvi to vga converter.

I purchased a computer from the wahep… I purchased a computer from the wahep website to work at home for Andvaris and never received any shipping info. I sent an email and never received a response. I had to contact Antoni directly to get the tracking info. When I got the computer and completed the Technical Check, everything passed except for the CPU. It was rather frustrating. I am waiting for the information to return the computer.

The only reason for not giving it 5… The only reason for not giving it 5 stars so far is because I have only had it less than 24 hours! It did not come with set up instructions. However, I am very familiar with computers, so I did not need any help. First turning on the screen the power button acted like it did not want to work. After a few times pushing it on, it then proceeded to work just fine. As I was working last night the tower fan was very loud but I nudged it with my foot and it did stop after about 20 minutes. So far I am really pleased with the look and the performance of the computer I have purchased. The guys at WAHEP worked very efficiently to have my computer shipped out in a VERY timely manner! So way to go guys! So far its amazing and I hope that it does continue to work fine!
