Beware USPS Initially, I thought that WAHEP had screwed up my order because it took so long (like AFTER WAHEP requested my review rating). However, I finally found my order in my mailbox. WAHEP emailed me that my order had been shipped last week on Friday. It arrived, today, on Thursday. That, apparently, is the new definition for 2-day Priority Mail delivery by our beloved U.S. Postal Service! WAHEP did nothing wrong. Words cannot express my disappointment with the USPS.

I purchased a computer from the wahep… I purchased a computer from the wahep website to work at home for Andvaris and never received any shipping info. I sent an email and never received a response. I had to contact Antoni directly to get the tracking info. When I got the computer and completed the Technical Check, everything passed except for the CPU. It was rather frustrating. I am waiting for the information to return the computer.

I am rating 3 stars for average due to… I am rating 3 stars for average due to there was no way to track the package and there was no estimation given on when the package would be shipped or received, for example.... package should arrived within 5-7 days. The ordered was placed on Tuesday and received on the following Monday which was not bad. The package wasn't securely sealed. The tape was not completely adhered to the box. I would like to see a tracking process put into place, that would be great. Thank you!

The cup works and it meet requirements The cpu works and it meet requirements, but it had paint marks and scratches, and it was missing a part the dvi to vga converter.

Excellent Experience I had a great experience ordering from WAHEP. My order was shipped earlier than I expected and I was grateful for that.
